Auraliths provides interactive training sessions, workshops, and consultations both at our location and via online platforms. These sessions are designed to foster personal insight and professional development within a supportive environment.
3. Informational Products
We offer digital courses, e-books, and downloadable resources that deliver guidance and support on key topics related to leadership, ethics, and mindful decision-making. Delivery is instant upon purchase.
4. Physical Goods
Our physical goods include printed manuals, workbooks, and branded merchandise shipped to your address. All items are crafted to the highest standards to support your journey.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
5.1 Services
For any scheduled training or consultation, you may request a full refund of fees if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the service date. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 15 business days. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the service, you may choose to reschedule without additional charge. Cancellations within 7 days of the service date are not eligible for refund; however, you may apply a credit equal to the fees paid toward a future session within six months.
5.2 Informational Products
All sales of digital courses and downloadable materials are final due to immediate access. No refunds ors are available for these products. We encourage you to review previews and outlines before purchase.
5.3 Physical Goods
You may return unused physical goods within 30 days of delivery for a refund of fees paid. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 15 business days of receipt of the returned goods. Alternatively, you may request an or credit voucher for future use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and trademarks on the Auraliths platform are the exclusive property of Auraliths and its partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Auraliths shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service or product.
